Frequently Asked Questions

We're based in Sanger, TX and serve roughly a 25-mile radius across Denton and Cooke counties — including Denton, Argyle, Valley View, Pilot Point, Aubrey, Corinth, Copper Canyon, Lantana, Providence Village, and Gainesville.

Every property is different, so we don't quote from a price list. Mowing is priced per visit based on the size of the turf and how much edging and trimming it needs. Landscaping, hardscape, sod, and irrigation are quoted per project. We give free written estimates with the full price up front — no hidden charges once we start.

Yes. We come out, walk the property with you, talk through what you want, and give you a written estimate at no cost and with no obligation. Call (940) 595-7965 to schedule one.

Both. Most customers in North Texas run weekly through the growing season and drop to bi-weekly as growth slows in late fall. We set a consistent service day so you know when to expect us, and we mow at the right height for your grass type rather than scalping it.

Bermuda, Zoysia, and St. Augustine — the three that hold up best in North Texas. Which one is right depends on how much sun the area gets and how much traffic it takes. Bermuda wants full sun and handles wear well; St. Augustine tolerates more shade. We'll tell you honestly which suits your yard during the estimate.

Yes — that's drainage work, and it's one of our general services. Depending on the cause we'll install a French drain, extend downspouts away from the foundation, or re-grade the area so water actually runs off. Standing water kills turf and works on your foundation, so it's worth fixing properly.

Yes. Hardscape is a big part of what we do — paver patios, fire pits, outdoor kitchens, seat and retaining walls, driveways, and walkways. The part that matters most is the compacted base underneath, and that's where we spend the time so nothing settles or shifts later.

Yes. Broken heads, cracked lines, stuck valves, faulty controllers, and dry patches that mean your coverage is off. We run every zone, show you what's actually happening, and tell you the cost before any work starts. We also install complete new systems.

We do both. Trimming to shape and thin canopies, clear roofs, drives, and fence lines, and take out deadwood — plus complete removal when a tree is too far gone. All limbs and debris are hauled away when we're finished.

Yes, fence installation and repair is one of our general services — new fence lines, replacement panels and pickets, leaning posts, and gates that no longer latch.

We're open Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. If you call outside those hours, leave a message and we'll get back to you the next business day.
